Connecting to our bodies through movement and mindfulness is essential to well-being and overall health. Building upon this knowledge and understanding from a young age helps to develop a positive relationship with physical movement and provides a strong foundation in shaping how children grow up to react and interact with the world around them.
At Cheeky Monkeys Yoga, we make movement and mindfulness practices fun, interactive, and accessible for children & young people. We encourage children to express themselves and their ideas, learn ways to find their place of calm, and develop a sense of self-awareness. We aim to empower children to build a skill-set they can carry with them as they move through this world and experience all it has to offer.
